Brockton Point Lighthouse


I really wanted to go down these stairs, but the problem would be walking back up

      Dar:

      It was busy at that viewpoint but everyone was up top snapping photos and there was nearly no one below. I noticed the graduations of the stairs/shadows/shading and the layering so I thought that a bit of monochrome with slight saturation of colour would look nicer.

      This was a 3 shot bracketed HDR at around 18mm perspective because of the deep shadows and backlit sunlight

      Thank you. It came out the way I wanted it. A bit subdued with slight hint of colour. I like the shadowing . . .
