That revolving sign was a Landmark in Vancouver. The Department Store went bankrupt but the sign was preserved and restored, as part of Vancouver's history. I used to shop at Woodward's all the time. They issued me my first credit card
Army and Navy was our original discount department store. Started with war surplus and now sell lower end goods as they are located in the poorest Zip code in Canada
I actually worked there part--time when I was in High School in the Toy Department and later in the Baby Department

The W on the tower is cool, but what I like even more is that you also captured the old mural/ad on the building. :-)
